Restaurant Little Asia respects your privacy and handles the personal data you share with us — for example when submitting a reservation request — with care. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

What data we collect
When you submit a reservation request through our website, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the requested date/time, the number of guests, and any notes you choose to add (for example about allergies).
What we use this data for
We use this data solely to process your reservation: to decide whether we can accommodate you, to let you know by email whether your reservation is accepted, declined, or whether we're proposing a different time, and to contact you about your reservation if needed.
Legal basis
We process this data because it's necessary to establish and carry out the reservation (contract) you've requested.
Who we share your data with
We use a few external services to run our website: Sanity (storing reservation data), Resend (sending emails), and Cloudflare Turnstile (protection against automated abuse of the form — Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address for this, but does not set cookies). These parties only process your data on our instructions.
How long we keep your data
We keep reservation data for up to 12 months after the reserved date, after which it is automatically deleted.
Security
The links in our emails that let us accept or decline a reservation are secured with unique, unguessable codes that become invalid after a single use.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and the right to object to its processing. Contact us at info@lilasia.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
